We asked you to provide us with a quote to divide up a very unusually shaped living room and section part of it into an office / sewing room and normal shaped living room and make a new door entrance into the far side of the living room. Your price was very reasonable for this sort of work so we asked you to go ahead.
After only completing a fairly lengthy building project last year i was slightly apprehensive about having things messed up again but Mannmade Properties came and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss and considering what we had done, the minimum of mess.

““We were referred to Nick at Mannmade Properties by our daughter in law, Kim Taylor. We needed a new sky light putting in our conservatory, as our current one had been leaking for several years.
Nick came and looked at the work, gave me a realistic time scale, a reasonable price and even came out as a matter of urgency when the roof started leaking prior to him putting the new window in.

“During the high winds some weeks ago, one of my partners, Diane Parker, asked if I Knew a builder and I recommended Nick. She and her partner made contact with him and Nick went round very promptly, by arrangement, and turned up on time to look at and price the job. Arrangements were made for the work to be carried out and again Nick did it when he said he would. Diane has since said how excellent he was, courteous, efficient and very good quality of work. She would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
Nick has also done some work for us in the office involving the removal or floor joists which were rotting and concreting the room in question. He gave a very reasonable quote, came promptly and arranged to do the work at the weekend in a very short space of time.
We were extremely impressed how clean the offices were afterwards despite Nick having done such a messy job involving the laying of concrete in an internal office, having to get through another office and a corridor to gain access to the one in question. Our handyman, who has a great deal of experience having himself worked in the building trade previously, was also most impressed and pleased.” ”
